Hi PHD Community,
We hope this email finds you & your loved ones well.
Wow what a crazy time we live in! We have been working through all the impacts of the COVID-19 virus, no doubt you have too! At Peninsula Herbal Dispensary we have been taking steps to provide you the best healthCARE and support we can in these times.
We have loved seeing hundreds of you in the store collecting your immune support. We have been keeping up to date with all the early stage natural treatment options coming from countries like China that have utilised various herbal and nutritional medicines in key trials aimed at protecting the Doctors and Nurses in hospital settings and supporting patients with COVID-19. We will continue to monitor this information to add to our already impressive, (if we do say so ourselves) immune support.
Classed as an essential service, we have been open and providing all our Naturopathic services through the Dispensary on Main Street up until Friday 27th March, when we switched over to our new Peninsula Herbal Dispensary ‘HOME CARE’ initiative. We are now based remotely in line with the Australian Government Health Departments recommendations on social distancing, but ironically we are now even closer to you than before. As we can now provide all our same great healthCARE to you in your home.

Your Naturopathic consultations are now available as telehealth appointments online or by phone. You can call to book or book online at peninsulaherbaldispensary.com.
Our new HOME CARE practice also sees us posting out your supplements at great low costs and now offering free local delivery*.
If we can help you with anything from a chat if you are feeling isolated, to a Naturopathic online consultation with a shared cup of herbal tea in the comfort of your own home, we are here for you! We care so much about you our Dispensary community and as we packed up the Dispensary the reality of how much we will miss sharing in your daily lives on Main Street with you was apparent. Amplified in recent days as we have begun dispensing just as much stress and sleep support as immune support, we are here for you.
A final note, there have been some restrictions imposed in New Zealand which has seen big changes to the way natural medicines can be delivered and supplied to Practitioners like us, but also to patients like you. If these same changes were to come into effect here in Australia we would mostly likely have significant issues sourcing new stock and getting it to you. We have no idea if this restriction would occur here and we really don’t want to create panic, rather we want to keep you updated and informed so if you have supplements you rely on that you may not have a little supply of please get in touch so we can find a solution for you.
