A dabbler in herbal home remedies since childhood, Bel turned to Naturopathy to heal herself after a period of burnout, exhaustion and chronic fatigue in the corporate sphere. She was instantly hooked on the idea of being able to help others to turn their health around in a similar way, and she then dedicated herself to completing her Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) at Southern School of Natural Therapies under the guidance of Melbourne’s leading clinical Naturopaths.
In her clinical practice in Carlton, Bel works in partnership with chiropractors, physiotherapists, osteopaths and myotherapists to support patients in managing complex musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, including things like arthritis and joint pain, multiple sclerosis, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, anxiety, burnout and sleep disturbances. Outside of these, Bel also loves working with conditions affecting the skin, including eczema, psoriasis, acne, rosacea and hives. Bel brings this clinical experience and her passion for exploring the naturopathic management of a broad range of conditions to her work at Peninsula Herbal Dispensary.
When not working, it’s guaranteed you’ll find Bel with her nose in a book, snuggling up to a flat white, getting creative in the kitchen or trying to get the perfect Instagram shot of her black cat, Penny.
