Due to its camphor content, Rosemary may be helpful in massage and arthritis blends and may help improve circulation. It may also be useful for respiratory issues as it makes for an effective expectorant/decongestant. It has an excellent reputation for oily skin/acne, scalp and hair care and may be helpful with alopecia. Rosemary is quite stimulating and has traditionally been used for memory retention and staying focused and alert. It is a good choice for blends for driving long distances and for long study sessions or exams.

Massage: Add 5 drops to 10ml carrier oil. 
Bath: Add 12-20 drops in full bath. 
Vaporise: Add 8-10 drops in bowl of vaporiser.
