Meet Amy Castle

Amy is a qualified Naturopath with over 15 years of experience working in the holistic health industry. In addition to her extensive clinical experience, Amy is a Certified Healthy Gut Practitioner, and Certified Microbiome Analyst having undertaken specialised training in natural approaches to gastrointestinal health and microbiome assessment and restoration, CPE courses provided by Dr Jason Hawrelak.

Her Special Interest GIT Conditions include; Diverticular disease, Dysbiosis, Gluten related disorders, GORD, Gut Microbiome Assessment & Restoration, IBD, IBS, Intestinal Permeability, SIBO and Constipation.

Amy is equally passionate about supporting women’s genitourinary health and works with both acute and chronic complex cases, having also undertaken comprehensive training in these areas.

Her Special Interest Genitourinary Conditions include; Aerobic vaginitis, BV, Cytolytic Vaginosis, HPV, Lichen planus & Lichen Sclerosis, Thrush, UTI’s. In addition to her GIT and genitourinary clinical focus, she has immense interest in supporting autoimmunity and mental health. Amy has a very warm, caring, and non-judgemental manner with a patient-centred outlook. Helping patients to find answers through a range of investigative processes whilst providing education and empowerment are key to her treatment approach.
