DIVERSITY & INCLUSIVITY
Last updated May 2024
At Peninsula Herbal Dispensary EVERYONE is welcome.
“In the tapestry of humanity, our differences create a masterpiece.”
We are committed to being inclusive, culturally aware, and responsive to the needs of individuals, both in our practice, and in our policies.
We welcome everybody regardless of gender, age, disability, culture, religion or beliefs.
Peninsula Herbal Dispensary acknowledge Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people as the first inhabitants of this nation. We acknowledge and pay respects particularly to the Bunurong people, the traditional custodians of the lands upon which we live and work. We respect and strive to continue to learn from their connection to land, nature and Australia’s botanical medicines.
Clinic Accessibility
Our clinic is accessible to people with most mobility concerns. There are a significant number of carparks on Main Street and in the surrounding areas for those holding accessibility parking permits. While most mobility aids can be accommodated in our premises please note the historic nature of our building means some wheelchairs are unable to access the clinic and disability toilet services are off site. For any questions please call (03) 5977 0117. All people are welcome to utilise our telehealth services if this is more convenient.
