Meet Amy

Amy is a qualified Naturopath with over 15 years of experience working in the holistic health industry. In addition to her many years of clinical experience supporting her patients’ gastrointestinal health, Amy is a Certified Healthy Gut Practitioner, having completed extensive & specialised training in natural approaches to gastrointestinal health, a CPE course provided by Dr Jason Hawrelak.

Constipation, Diverticular disease, Dysbiosis, Gluten related disorders, GORD, Gut Microbiome Assessment & Restoration, IBD, IBS, Intestinal Permeability, SIBO.

Amy is equally passionate about supporting women’s genitourinary health and works with both acute and chronic complex cases, having also undertaken comprehensive training in these areas.

Aerobic vaginitis, BV, Cytolytic Vaginosis, HPV, Lichen planus & Lichen Sclerosis, Thrush, UTI’s.

In addition to her GIT and genitourinary clinical focus, she has immense interest in supporting autoimmune conditions and mental health.

Amy has a very warm, caring and non-judgemental manner. She believes that empowerment and education are key factors in helping patients achieve and maintain optimal health.

Away from nurturing her patients, Amy loves to be in the outdoors. She and her partner made a sea change to the Mornington Peninsula, and she relishes the opportunity to immerse herself in the myriad of beautiful local environments. As an avid gardener she has utilised her knowledge of food as medicine to develop her own flourishing ‘Food Forest’ at home. Beyond simply providing nourishing food such as fruits, nuts, vegetables and herbs, she is working towards building a self-sustaining ‘micro’ ecosystem.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy)

  • Diploma of Remedial massage
