Meet Amy

Amy is a qualified Naturopath with over 10 years of experience working in the holistic health industry. She is extremely dedicated to her profession and frequently engages in  professional development ensuring she remains up to date with the latest research and evidence based treatments.

Amy’s areas of expertise include gastrointestinal disorders, immune imbalance, mental health, metabolic disorders and weight loss. She works with a myriad of tools including herbal & nutritional medicine, food as medicine, flower essences and lifestyle support alongside functional testing to aid in treating and finding the root cause of presenting ailments. She considers lifestyle fundamentals such as quality sleep, exercise, time in nature and relaxation as essential in treating holistically and finds that supporting these areas can greatly enhance the effectiveness of treatment.

Amy has a very warm, caring and non-judgemental manner. She believes that empowerment and education are key factors in helping patients achieve and maintain optimal health.

Away from nurturing her patients, Amy loves to be in the outdoors. She and her partner are newcomers to the Mornington Peninsula and she has been relishing the opportunity to explore the great variety of bushwalks and beaches. She is also an avid gardener and her knowledge of food as medicine has inspired her to develop her own  flourishing ‘Food Forest’ at home. Beyond simply providing nourishing food such as fruits, nuts, vegetables and herbs, she is working towards building a self-sustaining ‘micro’ ecosystem.
