Away from nurturing her patients, Amy loves to be in the outdoors. She and her partner made a sea change to the Mornington Peninsula, and she relishes the opportunity to immerse herself in the myriad of beautiful local environments. As an avid gardener she has utilised her knowledge of food as medicine to develop her own flourishing ‘Food Forest’ at home. Beyond simply providing nourishing food such as fruits, nuts, vegetables and herbs, she is working towards building a self-sustaining ‘micro’ ecosystem.
