Meet Carolyn Wrenn

I’m a mum of two girls living on the Mornington Peninsula, a proud dog mum and sister-in-law to Carla (yes, I’m a Wrenn too). I love spending time with my family, being outdoors and making the most of life.

My career so far has seen me work in a variety of clinics, including general practice, allied health and specialist dental settings, giving me a broad understanding of patient care across different clinical environments. What I truly love about my job is the opportunity to connect with people and help make their healthcare journey smoother and more personal. One of my favourite quotes is “People will forget what you said, but they will never forget how you made them feel,” and I try to carry that into every patient interaction. I’m really excited to be starting at PHD and becoming part of such a dynamic and caring team and learning more about complementary medicine and preventative whole person healthcare. To me, the role of a Patient Care Coordinator is to be the calm capable link between patients and practitioners ensuring everything runs smoothly, with empathy and efficiency.
