Kristen is a dual-degree qualified Naturopath and Nutritionist passionate about helping others feel their best through realistic, compassionate and non-judgemental approaches. She combines traditional Naturopathic medicine with the latest evidence based science to provide holistic, patient centered care including dietary and lifestyle changes, herbal and nutritional medicine and functional testing.

Kristen has experience in treating a range of conditions, however has a special interest in mental and behavioural health. Her passion areas include sleep disorders, stress management, burnout, ADHD, addiction and recovery. She is particularly passionate about using nutrition to support mental health and advocates for a balanced life.
