Meet Lesley O’Connor

Lesley O’Connor is a degree-qualified Clinical Naturopath with a Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy and a postgraduate qualification in Human Nutrition. She has a dedicated clinical focus in fertility, preconception care and women’s health, supporting all people with personalised care to optimise reproductive health and fertility outcomes.

Lesley works with women experiencing concerns such as PCOS, endometriosis, irregular cycles, hormonal symptoms affecting fertility, difficulty conceiving, recurrent pregnancy loss, and those preparing for or undergoing assisted reproductive treatment. She also enjoys supporting partners with factors that may influence fertility outcomes, recognising that conception is often a shared journey. She takes an evidence-informed and investigative approach, looking beyond a diagnosis or “normal” test results to better understand the underlying factors that may be influencing fertility, reproductive hormone health and overall wellbeing.

Her approach combines detailed case-taking, pathology review, nutritional assessment, herbal medicine, nutritional therapy, dietary guidance and lifestyle strategies to create personalised and practical treatment plans. Lesley is particularly passionate about helping women who feel like they are doing everything right but still do not have clear answers, replacing overwhelm and guesswork with clarity, education and direction.

In addition to clinical practice, Lesley has lectured and supervised final-year naturopathy and nutrition students, bringing a strong foundation in education to her consultations. With a warm, down-to-earth and supportive approach, she helps patients feel heard, informed and empowered as they move through their fertility and women’s health journey.
