Naturopathy

Our Naturopathy treatment finds the origins of your health concerns

Our highly qualified, Integrative Naturopathic Practitioners are trained to provide general and specialist healthcare by blending the best of natural medicine philosophy and quality scientific evidence.

Our approach uses a strong emphasis on discovering the unique causes of your health concerns. We combine herbal medicine, wholistic nutrition, diet and lifestyle solutions to stimulate your own innate healing process and in doing so treat and/or prevent acute and chronic illnesses.

Our Naturopathic process

  1. Initial consultation – Extended to allow us to hear and assess your health story. We take a detailed case including your full medical history, presenting concerns,  family history, system analysis, diet and lifestyle. We may also request and review your past pathology testing. Your health goal is our number one priority.
  2. Treatment plan – We research and develop a unique treatment plan that addresses your personal goals, we may recommend additional testing or prescribe natural supplements, dietary or lifestyle changes.
  3. Follow up appointments – Used to review your progress to ensure you have a plan to achieve your aims, track and tailor your ongoing treatment to enable symptom resolution and ongoing health and wellbeing.
  4. Annual wellbeing appointments – Recommended to review and update your treatment plan and supplements for long term health and wellbeing.

We welcome working as part of a collaborative care team with General Practitioners, Specialists or other Allied Health Practitioners.
